my partner of 12 years was arrested after 26 years for the murder of her husband alan bailey president of the pottstown chapter of outlaw bikers of the "wheels of soul" a predomily black biker gang. she was convicted on may 5th 2010 and given 7 to 14 years in the padoc sci muncy. now this woman went thru alot of abuse from her husband constice beating not with his hands but always with a gun butt to the head, she was a piece of property, this man even traded her to club members for the bike he rode. of course alot of drugs were involved also. now my partner is very very sick and the da took the death pentaily off the table, however with the illness's she has the time given will be a death penality. she has done alot of good since i have known her helping other addicts and all. however the man that murdered alan bailey is still out there his name is joey smalls, now the city of pottstown really considers this cold case solved, but where is  joey smalls, and the others that involved themselves they are still out there.  WHY, WHAT REALLY HAPPENED WHEN MY PARTNER CONFESSED HER PART IN IT AND DID NOTHING IN 1992 AND THEY EVEN HAD JOEY SMALLS IN JAIL AT THE TIME AND DID NOT A DAM THING WHY,WHY,WHY. I have been asking and no one seems to know. Maybe someone here can help PLEASE IF YOU CAN RESPOND!!!!
