Just when you think Beth can’t sink any lower she manages to thrust the family drama further into the spotlight

He didn't get to see his Lil Mady Lyssa playin the sick card AGAIN ! No Leland and no call or text or boo from Duane lee Nor from Dillion

Why on earth would she think letting the whole world know this will make the family estrangement any better? Once again she is using emotional blackmail to try and manipulate the kids to do what she wants. Plus this gets her lots of attention from her groupies! I bet she’s sorry there wasn’t a film crew there to see her play the part of the anguished “Mom”. This is exactly the sort of drama that tore the family apart in the first place. We’ve only had a glimpse of how difficult relations have been, why would any of them want to subject their own children to such a hostile family environment for Christmas. Beth can’t resist taking a snide snipe on Twitter how much aggressive would she be in person. It’s hardly the epitome of maternal love to publicly humiliate your family and be the creator of yet more drama that doesn’t need to be played out in public.

DL. BL and Leland are all grown ups with children of their own. Everyone reaches a point when you have to take a step away from your parents to create your own family traditions for your children. When you become part of a couple you have to divided holidays between both sides of the family. I think the kids should have been very proud of themselves for sticking to their guns. It must have been very hard for them not to bow to Beth’s pressure. Whatever they feel about the shadow of the man their Dad has turned into recently they do love him. They’ve all been estranged from Dog in the past. Things just seem to have reached the point where they have had to make the choice of jumping off the perpetual roundabout of drama. Dog has chosen to hide behind Beth rather than listen to his children. Surely he can see they have a problem with his wife, so couldn’t he go and see them alone if it is so important to him? Beth’s ego is just running wild. If the kids don’t jump out of the way now they will be totally crushed by her need to control. Wesley does seem to be revelling in his new role as favourite son (for the moment).

Just an aside but if Beth has so much concern for her grandchildren she needs to learn to spell their names properly
