Scott, is a dreamer, he should learn to estimate and schedule projects and see a therapist. The His wife purchases expensive items for the houses that don't require higher end items. If he would hire the right contractors/PM especially for the Dream house he would have put more money in his and his partners pockets.

Instead of SWAGS, (Scientific Wild A__ Guesses) actually put number down for the items on the project and know what it cost to get it done, so you have a realistic budget to work from, not oh it's going to be 50K or 100K? Crazy way to do business?
