I understood
That is a PAINT BALL MARKER it is not a gun. A gun is a FIREARM , ie something that uses gunpowder... A paintball marker, BB gun, pellet gun, air rifle, etc is NOT a firearm. The law doesnt prohibit felons from owning "guns" it prohibits the posession of FIREARMS. Paintball markers are toys, not weapons... He happens to be shooting cute little pepper balls from a paintball marker.
By the way Nxtgen, those pepper balls are NOT as effective as they would like you to think they are. If someone shot me with a pepper ball it would not put me down... Everyone who goes through military basic, a police academy, etc is sprayed and learns to ignore it and keep going... You might be in for a real surprise if you try using that on someone who was a vet, or who did real time and have been through a few cell extractions, etc. Regarding your comments about "having to live with killing someone" - if thats a concern for you find another job. I've had to shoot plenty of people on the Cut Line, on township duty during apartheid, and working with a PMC in Sierra Leone and it never bothered me. If they want to be stupid thats their problem not mine. I looked at it as flushing the gene pool.
Im more concerned with the body armor they wear. That should NOT be allowed. It is against federal law 18 USC 931 for a violent felon to posess body armor. In Texas him being in posession of body armor is a felony 3rd under Texas Penal Code 46.041. I assume the armor isnt "real" and is just a costume with inert "stuffing" because if he has the ceramic plates and Kevlar panels in it - then hes committing crimes at both the Federal and state level...

I really disliked the fugitive on the premiere. He talked to much and was the creepiest of those they have arrested to date. He also seemed "hard" like he belongs in the penitentia
