You know, if you have to pick a show apart because of your "gun knowledge" then may be you shouldn't watch the show. My husband is a VERY BIG NRA supporter and follower and is avid in shoots on the weekends. He may make a comment every once in a while, but he NEVER, EVER commented about the gun hurling crap you are talking about. IT IS JUST A SHOW. Not everyone has the gun savy that other people have but that doesn't mean that it should be picked apart because of a gun here and th
Why is it that when good programming is actually produced for the viewing audience it is replaced by some reality nonsence? Please, please, please keep this program on the air. Keep quality alive and actual stories interesting. Walt Longmire, friends and staff have become an intricate part of our viewing lives. This program could run for years. Viewers range from teens through adult.... no easy feat to accomplish.
So tired of reality shows..Governer's wife...2 to 3 different storage wars...need to have a show with some meat to it and Longmire was it. I made sure I was sitting down in front of the tv when Longmire was coming on and told everyone else to be quiet or get lost. Tired of some of the dumb reality shows which are probably scripted a lot. Want Longmire back.

This is one of the best shows & I hope it stays on the air for a very long time. Great writers. Love the actors in this show and the chemistry is so good. Just love everything about it. Indian history, etc. KEEP IT GOING.......PLEASE!!!!!
I share the disappointment as well. My biggest issue is the constant carry of the 1911 by Walt. I carry, as do many of the deputies I work with, a 1911. It is a remarkably reliable and durable model. With that, I cannot for the life of me figure out why this show DID NOT HIRE A FIREARMS CONSULTANT! With a Wild West theme, guns are as important as Walt's hat and boots. You do NOT de-cock a 1911. It is carried with the hammer back and safety on, althoug
